We have a large spacious waiting area that also serves as a great meeting place! We have raised surfaces for cat and bird baskets, as well as dividers to place between cages to allow a little extra privacy for nervous pets!
Alternatively, your pet may sit at your feet or on your lap…we just ask that they are safely restrained!
Our reception desk is low-level and open. This enables us to give you a warm welcome as soon as you walk in.
We have an additional private waiting area beside the reception desk. This is ideal for nervous pets, but may be used occasionally for pets or clients who are upset and need a little privacy.
